A very big thank youWe felt so privileged to spend a cherished four nights with you at Kamberg Valley Hideaway. You are the most wonderful and generous hosts, and you couldn’t have done more to ensure our stay be any better. The fabulously fresh eggs (that were enjoyed immensely) and the most delicious cottage cheese and feta were such a lovely welcoming touch. I am just sorry we didn’t realise how delicious that cottage cheese and feta was going to be - I would have stocked up to take these treats home! Richard your sourdough bread and your Granny’s lemon cake are something dreams are made of 😊
There couldn’t have been a more perfect place to spend quality time with our family from Texas, and of course our five beloved Labradors! The gentleness of this perfect Hideaway was the ideal spot for us all to unwind and relax together after long flights and a very demanding year. Your accommodation is generous, excellently appointed and soooo comfortable. This all comes together so perfectly in one of the most beautiful areas in our country, and there is so much exploring to be done in and around the Midlands. Richard, thank you so much for taking the time to share your paradise with us. You made farming seem so perfect, easy and enviable! We were all sad to have to have to say goodbye to our new best friends, but knowing we will be returning soon made our departure tolerable. Gem in the BergThis place is an absolute gem! It more than lived up to our expectations. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating - they even baked us a loaf of sourdough bread and bought us a bottle of wine when they heard we were coming for our 5 year anniversary! A lot of thought has gone into the cottages which are very well maintained. We're so happy to have discovered this beautiful hideaway and will definitely be returning in the future. The best home away from homeThe cottages at Kamberg Valley Hideaway are cozy, beautifully maintained and fitted with everything you need for a stress-free holiday. The views are stunning and the walks are wonderful for clearing your mind and soul. Our dogs had so much fun, we will definitely take them again. Thank you to our hosts for once again making our holiday amazing and memorable. We can't wait for our next visit.
